The Basics:

The base module comes with a full bathroom including: sink, 36”x 60” shower and toilet. The pocket door and divider cabinet between the bedroom and bath is equipped with a desk and storage cabinets with doors.

The base module is clad with Zip System waterproof membrane on all six sides of the module. This leaves the DIY option for you to clad the building and put a roof on the building that matches your desired aesthetic. We also offer our own high tech shell that adds more insulation value and provides a unique slick and simple look.
